This Act amends the Protected Areas Conservation Trust Act, in part as a consequence of the enactment of the National Protected Areas System Act. Amendments concerns, among other things, the Board of Directors of the Trust, the functions of the Trust, the Finance and Audit Committee, the Technical Committee on Protected Areas, awarding of moneys from the Trust Fund, a Register of Protected Areas to be maintained by the Trust; and primary activities that qualify for trust funding. The Act also amends the Environmental Protection Act is in section 68 by deleting paragraph (g).
