These Rules are enacted to regulate the issuance and voluntary subscription of green power certificates, maintain voluntary subscription market order of the green power certificates and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties. The Text consists of 35 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Rule of Issuance (II); Voluntary Subscription Market (III); Subscription Rules(IV); Supervision and Administration(V); Subscription Information (VI); Supplementary Provisions (VII). The green power certificates means electronic certificates with the unique code identification issued by the he National Renewable Energy Information Management Center to eligible renewable energy power generation enterprises through the National Energy Bureau renewable energy power generation project information management platform.
