This Resolution amends the Environmental Licensing procedures related to irrigation projects within Rio Grande do Sul State. Amendments establish that enterprises that cover more than one related or dependent activity will be subject to a single licensing by the competent environmental agency for the licensing of the activity of greatest impact, and the environmental license must cover aspects of all potentially polluting activities.
