Regulation on the registration in the registers regarding the performance of plant variety protection.

This Regulation prescribes the necessary content, administrative forms and correct manner for the data keeping/registration in the Register of granted breeding rights (and other related registers and databases, also electronic form/format) that regards the registration of all authorized plant breeders on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
