The purpose of these Basic Conditions of Agricultural Genetically Modified Organism Safety Supervision, Inspection and Testing Institutions is to improve the management system of testing institutions and to strengthen the construction of safety supervision, inspection and testing institutions for genetically modified organisms in agriculture. The Text provides for the requirements to be satisfied by the testing institutions for safety control, emergency handling, environmental quality control, testing personnel, etc.
