These Conditions are enacted to improve and perfect the management system for the quality inspection institutions at the ministerial level, and promote the supervision of the quality and safety of agricultural products. The Text provides for the basic requirements to be satisfied by the quality supervision, inspection and testing institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture in the following six aspects: organization and personnel, quality system, instrument and equipment, inspection work, records and reports, and facilities and environment.
