Plant Breeders’ Rights Act: Regulations: Amendment; Genetically Modified Organisms Act: Regulations: Amendment; Genetically Modified Organisms Act: Tariffs for services (No. R. 121 of 2017).

These Regulations of the Minister of Agriculture amend the Regulations relating to Genetically Modified Organisms by inserting a new Table for Table 2 of the principal Regulations. Table 2 specifies fees for: applications in relation with importation of GMO’s, contained use of GMO’s, trail release and general release of GMO's; appeal; extension permit; GMO status certificates; registration of facilities; and commodity use permit. The Regulations also amend the Regulations relating to Plant Breeders’ Rights in Table 2 specifying fees for (examination of) an application for a plant breeders' right, annual fees and other fees relating to a plant breeders' rights.
