These provisions amend the Fruit Trees Propagating Material Regulations. The amendments concern the labelling, sealing and packaging requirements for (i) fruit plant propagating material officially certified as pre-basic material, basic material or certified material, and (ii) fruit plants intended for fruit production officially certified as certified material.
