These Rules, consisting of 17 Articles, are determined pursuant to Article 36 of the Noise Control Act. The people's government at the county level shall select densely populated areas, primary traffic routes, and other appropriate locations in Class 4 control zones for the designation of environmental and traffic noise monitoring points and shall perform monitoring.
