This Regional Decree establishes that nature reserves “Kamsko-Iksky”, “Meshinsky” and “Shumbutsky” shall be classified as hunting reserves constituted with a view of conservation of wild fauna species subject to hunting, i.e. game, reproduction of the populations and protection of habitats thereof within the boundaries of nature reserves. Game shall be subject to mandatory registration. Regional state hunting reserve “Meshinsky” shall have as priority protection of Eurasian beaver (Castor fiber), squirrel and black grouse (Lyrurus tetrix). Regional state hunting reserve “Shumbutsky” shall have as priority protection of Eurasian beaver (Castor fiber), waterfowl and wetlands. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) application of toxic chemicals, mineral fertilizers and pesticides; and (b) waste disposal and littering of the territory.
