This Regional Decree validates Model Regulation on regional nature reserves and nature monuments considered protected areas of particular significance for conservation and reproduction of natural complexes. Regional nature reserve shall be considered complex (landscape) aimed at conservation and reproduction of rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) all types of felling except for sanitary felling; (b) drainage and land reclamation; (c) use of explosives; (d) mining; and (e) passage and movement of motor vehicles outside roads of general use.
