This Regional Decree establishes that state nature biological reserve “Symbozersky” shall be classified as wetlands protected area constituted with a view of conservation of wild fauna, including birds, and wild flora species, including rare and endangered species, natural habitats thereof, protection of habitats, migratory routes, nesting and wintering grounds, and maintaining ecological balance. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) all types of hunting, except for by special authorization; (b) ploughing up; (c) destruction of nests, burrows and other hiding places; (d) application of toxic chemicals; and (e) pollution and littering of the territory.
