These Regulations, consisting of 19 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Environmental Education Act. According to the Environmental Education Act, the competent central government authorities and the competent central government authorities in charge of specific enterprises shall be responsible for the certification of environmental education personnel. These Regulations provide for the environmental education personnel’s qualification, certification application, evaluation, certification effective period, revocation, abrogation, management, etc.
