The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization shall carry out control over the substances that are listed in Annexes and subject to release free for circulation, inward processing regime, processing under customs control and temporary admission. This Notification aims at protection of environment. The import certificate shall only be issued in case of obtaining control certificate from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. The controlled fuels in Annex I, controlled wastes in Annex II, import-prohibited wastes in Annex III are attached to this Notification.
