Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/695 authorising Member States to adopt certain derogations pursuant to Directive 2008/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the inland transport of dangerous goods.

This Decision auhtorizes certain Member States (those listed in the Annex) to implement the derogations set out regarding the transport of dangerous goods within their territory.
