Resolution on the Conservation of Mobulid Rays Caught in Association With Fisheries in the IATTC Convention Area (C-15-04).

This Resolution of the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission (IATTC) requires Members and Cooperating Non-Members (CPCs) to prohibit retaining onboard, transshipping, landing, storing, selling, or offering for sale any part or whole carcass of Mobulid rays (which includes Manta rays and Mobula rays) caught in the IATTC Convention Area. The Resolution also concerns release of unintentionally-caught Mobulid rays
