This Thai Agricultural Standard is established for the benefits of quality improvement, facilitating trade and protecting consumers. This Agricultural Standard applies to fresh cephalopods of the following families: Loliginidae, Sepiidae and Octopodidae for direct consumption or further processing. The Text provides for the requirements to be satisfied for the cephalopods' quality, packaging, hygiene, etc.
