Fees for Regulatory Services under the Nuclear Reactor Facilities Regulation Act.

This Standard is enacted in accordance with Article 41 of the Nuclear Reactor Facilities Regulation Act. The competent authorities when implementing regulation, accepting application for approval and issuing license according to this Act, may charge inspection fees, review fees, and license fees; etc. This Standard provides for the fee scale.
