This Decree consisting of 6 articles aims at establishing fees on certain types of raw materials and metal scraps (the amount is indicated next to each item), all plastic scraps and wastes, wastes and scrap of paper and paperboard. Some exceptions are foreseen for productive projects established in free zones of the Egyptian Republic.
