This Executive Decree approves the Regulation for Registration of the Environmental Protection Associations. The Regulation, consisting of 15 articles divided into four Chapters, establishes the requirements to be satisfied to register such associations, in compliance with the terms of Law No. 3/06 of 18 January on the Environmental Protection Associations. Chapters establish the following issues: General provisions (Chap. I); Requirements and Procedures (Chap. II); Registration requirements (Chap. III); Auditing (Chap. IV).
