These Enforcement Rules, consisting of 11 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Firework and Firecracker Management Act. The Enforcement Rules provide for the requirements to be satisfied for the volume control for the firework storage and selling site, the procedure for processing the storage sealing, the firework and firecracker supervisors, etc.
