This Regulation amends various parts of the Regulation on environmental impact assessment (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 61/2014). Major change are related to the introduction of the rules contained in the Directive 2014/52/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 amending Directive 2011/92/EC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment; several technical changes in Annexes. The amended parts of Annexes are an integral part of this publication.
