Regulation general binding rules for swine breeding with the application form.

This Regulation sets the necessary binding rules for swine-pig breeding/farming environmental permits (environmental permit application). The rules of this text are aimed for intensive swine farming activities with 2000 places for pigs over 30 kg; and/or 750 sows; and intensive breeding sites (if the annual emissions exceed 25 000 kg N). The Annex is an integral part of this publication.
