Regulation on the manner of securing work premises, premises and facilities for the work of supervised persons according to the regulations on environmental protection.

This Regulation hereby establishes the method of securing work premises, facilities, appliances and equipment, or parts thereof, as regards the persons in charge of supervision of environmental protection, air protection and sustainable waste management related practices. This text further determines the manner of sealing/closing in cases of emergency measures, in which an environmental inspector in case of immediate danger to life, human health and environment, is in charge. The Annex is an integral part of this publication.
