Ministerial Decree No. 1312 validating the Regulation for granting subsidies from the federal budget to Russian organizations for partial reimbursement of the costs for research and development work in priority areas of civil industry in the framework of implementation by such organizations complex investment projects.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the procedure, objective, terms and conditions for allocation of subsidies out of the federal budget for partial reimbursement of costs for research and development work in priority branches of the national industry (civil sector) in the framework of implementation by such organizations complex investment projects. The scope of allocation of subsidies shall be stimulation of innovation. Subsidies shall be allocated to businesses that have passed competitive selection. Priority sectors of national industry shall be considered, inter alia, enterprises promoting advanced technological processes, energy efficiency and energy saving, ecofriendly processes.
