Governmental Decree No. 162 amending Governmental Decree No. 189 validating the Regulation on the State Committee on Environmental Protection.

The sphere of competence of the State Committee on Environmental Protection shall be enhanced including control of hunting grounds and hunting management entities, compliance with biological safety requirements set for persistent organic pollutants and compliance with environmental norms and standards.
