Sanitation Standard for Algae Foods.

This Standard is formulated in accordance with the Act Governing Food Sanitation. The Standard applies to the edible algae foods, including blue algae, green algae, brown algae and red algae. It provides for the requirements of microbiological limits in algae foods, the maximum tolerance of heavy metals, etc.
