Governmental Decree No. 47 validating the Regulation on assignment to authorized state body the competence for issuance of permits for civil firearms and ammunition.

This Governmental Decree assigns to the Administrative police subordinated to the Ministry of Interior, city and regional departments of the aforesaid state institution the competence for issuance of permits for civil firearms and ammunition.
