Rules for the litigation cases subsidized by the food safety and protection fund.

These Rules are enacted in accordance with the Act Governing the Administration of Food Safety and Sanitation. According to the Act, the central competent authority may establish a food safety protection fund for protecting the consumer's right in the event of food safety. These Rules make provisions for the scope of subsidies recipients, application, review and approval procedures for the litigation cases subsidized by the food safety and protection fund.
