This Law hereby officially adopts, as regards the legal system of the Republic of Montenegro, the rules and terms provided by the Maritime Labor Convention (adopted in Geneva, 23 February 2006) and aimed to secure the right of all seafarers to decent employment and the correct conduct in related activities. The above mentioned Convention is an integral part of this publication.
