Decree 26 October 2017 on granting authorization for the performance of the trail fishing activities with the trawl methods.

This Decree sets the bans (spatial and time) as regards the fishing activities and fishing gear/methods (in certain periods, as listed in the text), aimed to offer additional protection measures to be integrated to the already prescribed ones, deriving from the Legislative Decree No. 154 on the modernization of the fishery and aquaculture sector as per article 1, paragraph 2 of Act No. 38 of 7 March 2003.
