Decree 8 September 2017 on model declaration for the purpose of the Community certificate for inland navigation on inland waterways.

This Decree sets the (based and in accordance with the related European Union documents in that matter, such as Directive 2006/87/EC laying down technical requirements for inland waterway vessels) the rules and forms for the official declaration/certification necessary for the navigation on inland waterways (on the territory of the Republic of Italy, with the purpose of supervision of port authorities over the port infrastructure and inland waterway navigation practices and related conformity).
