These Regulations, consisting of 26 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the Air Pollution Control Act. The Regulations provide for for the permit application, review procedures, cancellation, recordkeeping, reporting and other binding matters for the manufacture, import, export, sale or use of HCFCs.
