These Regulations, consisting of 40 articles, are enacted in accordance with the Water Act. The Regilations provide for zoning, approval and public announcement of drainage and catchment area, maintenance of drainage facilities, flood control and flooding emergency, safety inspection, usage management of drainage facilities, etc.
