These Organizational Rules provide for the establishment of Regional Water Resources Bureaus of the Water Conservancy Department, the Ministry of Economy Affairs. The Regional Water Resources Bureaus shall be in charge of: The formulation, implementation and supervision of water resources investigation, planning and implementation; water resources allocation, coordination, arbitration, water rights registration and management, fund management and water conservancy facilities inspection and maintenance matters; etc.
