These Measures, consisting of 21 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Reclaimed Water Resources Development Act. The Measures provide for the application for the establishment of a reclaimed water operator, and for initiating a reclaimed water development project, relevant documents, procedures and conditions for approval and modification, effective period of the use permit of wastewater (sewage) and effluent water, extension of construction period, issuance of permits, inspection items, etc.
