Fisheries (Amendment) Act 1997 (Prescribed Organisations For Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board) Regulations 2017 (S.I. No. 588 of 2017).

These Regulations prescribe certain organisations for the purpose of enabling them to nominate persons from whom the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine may appoint 6 ordinary members of the Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board under section 23 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act 1997.
