Decree 14 December 2017 setting the authorization for fishing of Aphia minuta and Gymnammodites cicerelus in the maritime domain of the Sicilian Region.

This Decree sets the ban on fishing of Aphia minuta and Gymnammodites cicerelus on the territory if the Republic of Italy, in particular on the sea domain of the Sicilian Region (including the nomination of the official scientific monitoring institution/entity). These rules were stipulated in order to comply with fisheries management and conservation issues to be implemented (fishing ban confirmed until 2020).
