Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/155 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 686/2012 allocating to Member States, for the purposes of the renewal procedure, the evaluation of active substances.
This Regulation amends the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 686/2012, which designates Member States for the purposes of the renewal procedure of the active substances included in Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009.
