This Law regulates the general inspection principles (authorizations; several administrative, procedural and technical requirements) and rules (duties, powers, obligations of state inspectors under various legal terms and in different phases of inspection process), aimed for all registered state inspection bodies (Republic Administration for Inspection Affairs; local government cross-responsibility and relations; and specifically food inspection, market inspection, agricultural inspection, forest inspection, veterinary inspection, water inspection). The Law is divided into VII Chapters and 89 articles, including the offences and consequential penalties (see Chapter VI).
