Framework Agreement on Cooperation and Mechanisms of Interaction between the State Committee on property of the Republic of Belarus and the Committee on control and management of state property under the State Council of the People's Republic of China.

The Parties will promote interaction and cooperation between public enterprises of both Parties in accordance with their respective legislation and guidelines, applicable in such areas as: (a) construction and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities, including transport infrastructure; (b) processing of resources; and (c) food processing industry. Cooperation shall be carried out by working groups.
