Measures for administration on the analysis and testing organizations of air pollutants and noise emitted by motor vehicles.

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Air Pollution Control Act and the Noise Control Act. The Measures provide for the required conditions and facilities of analysis and testing organizations; the qualifications of analysis personnel; the application, review, issuance, replacement, revocation, cancellation, suspension of business, resumption of business, checking and evaluation procedures for permits; etc.
