Decree No. 362/2015 amending Decree establishing the methodology of tests for distinctness, uniformity, stability and utility of varieties.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture establishes, in accordance with the Commission implementing Directive 2014/105/EU, the new list of agricultural species, the varieties of which must comply with the test methodologies of difference, uniformity and stability, specified in Annex 1 to the amended Decree.
