Complementary Law No. 193 amending the Programme for Rural Environmental Regularization (RR SUSTENTÁVEL) and controlling the stages of the Environmental Licensing Process for Rural Property.

This Law adds and amends provisions to the Roraima Programme for Rural Environmental Regularization (RR SUSTENTÁVEL). Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings. In particular amended provisions deal with aspects related to the following matters: environmental projects submitted within the deadlines established in the TAC may be reformulated by the proponents and re-evaluated by FEMARH/RR; Environmental Registration CAR requirements; measures regarding the recovery of permanent preservation areas and legal reserve should be implemented after the LAU has been issued, etc.
