Resolution SEMA No. 034 establishing requirements, definitions, criteria, guidelines and procedures on the environmental licensing for urban buildings in the State of Paraná.

This Resolution, consisting of 27 articles divided in three Chapters and eleven Annexes, establishes requirements, definitions, criteria, guidelines and procedures on the environmental licensing for urban buildings (housing, industrial or commercial property) within the State of Paraná. The Resolution also regulates building ventures and activities which are not subject to environmental licensing issued by SISNAMA's environmental agencies, only if there is no need to cut native vegetation, they are not included in permanent preservation areas or premises within Environmental Protection Areas (APA's).
