The purpose of these Provisions is to strengthen the Administration on entry-Exit quarantine treatment. The Provisions consist of 26 articles. The Provisions stipulate the requirements to be satisfied for animal and plant quarantine inspection process, on-site supervision and inspection and annual supervision and inspection.
