This Regional Decree establishes that state nature reserve of regional significance “Unsky” shall be constituted with a view of conservation and stock enhancement of fish stocks (Atlantic navaga (Eleginus navaga), salmon trout and Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) and maintenance of general ecological balance. The proclamation of the territory reserve shall not entail expropriation of land plots from tenants and owners. All users, owners and owners of land plots are obliged to observe the regime established in the reserve and bear responsibility for its violation administrative, criminal and other liability established by the current legislation. Owners and tenants of land plots located within the boundaries of the reserve are obliged to observe the special protection regime established in the nature reserve. On the territory of nature reserve shall be prohibited any activity contrasting the scope of nature reserve or damaging natural complexes and components, including: (a) entry of all types of motor vehicles outside roads in the snowless period; (b) movement of caterpillar transport during the snowless period outside technological roads except for transport of environmental protection law enforcement bodies and life-saving bodies in the process of fulfilment of their duties; (c) timber extraction and water logging (except for intermediate felling and selective sanitary felling); (d) hunting for all wild fauna species, including birds, destruction of nests, burrows, hollows, dams and other hiding places; (e) stay with firearms except for service firearms carried by gamekeepers, use of hunting gear and stay with dogs; (f) sharpening and training of hunting dogs; (g) practicing hunting firearms; and (g) all types of fisheries with the nets.
