State nature biological reserves of regional significance “Beryozovsky” shall be constituted with a view of conservation, reproduction and restoration of game, rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species, natural habitats thereof, migratory routes, nesting grounds, including protection of fawning grounds of moose, spawning grounds of fish species, and also maintenance of overall ecological balance. Activities that entail reduction of environmental protection, ecological and aesthetic value of reserve shall be prohibited or restricted. On the territory of nature reserve shall be prohibited any activity contrasting the scope of nature reserve or damaging natural complexes and components, including: (a) expropriation of land for needs contrasting their specific use; (b) exploration of subsoil and mining; (c) disturbance of landscape and soil cover; (d) sport, artisanal, commercial and traditional hunting; (e) stay with pneumatic and firearms, and hunting gear; (f) disturbance of habitats of wild fauna species; (g) clear cutting and timber extraction; (h) unauthorized planting of trees and shrubbery; (i) application of toxic chemicals, plant protection means and nutrients; (j) commercial and industrial fisheries; and (k) waste disposal. State nature biological reserves of regional significance “Sorumsky” shall be constituted with a view of conservation of Sorum population of moose on its seasonal migratory routes, conservation and restoration of natural habitats thereof, conservation and protection of valuable wild fauna species, including rare and endangered species, and maintenance of overall ecological balance. Activities that entail reduction of environmental protection, ecological and aesthetic value of reserve shall be prohibited or restricted. On the territory of nature reserve shall be prohibited any activity contrasting the scope of nature reserve or damaging natural complexes and components, including: (a) expropriation of land for needs contrasting their specific use; (b) exploration of subsoil and mining; (c) installation of continuous, without open spaces, fences on migratory routes of wild fauna species; (d) disturbance of landscape and soil cover; (e) sport, artisanal and commercial hunting; (f) stay with pneumatic and firearms, and hunting gear; (g) disturbance of habitats of wild fauna species; (h) clear cutting and timber extraction; (i) unauthorized planting of trees and shrubbery; (j) application of toxic chemicals, plant protection means and nutrients; (k) commercial and industrial fisheries; and (l) waste disposal. State nature biological reserves of regional significance “Untorsky” shall be constituted with a view of conservation and reproduction of wild fauna species and maintenance of overall ecological balance. In particular, protection of annual (seasonal) migrations of moose in spring-autumn period. On the territory of nature reserve shall be prohibited any activity contrasting the scope of nature reserve or damaging natural complexes and components, including: (a) expropriation of land for needs contrasting their specific use; (b) exploration of subsoil and mining; (c) blasting operations; (d) sport, artisanal and commercial hunting; (e) stay with pneumatic and firearms, and hunting gear; (f) disturbance of habitats of wild fauna species; (g) clear cutting and timber extraction; (h) unauthorized planting of trees and shrubbery; (i) disturbance of landscape and soil cover; (j) disturbance of habitats and nesting grounds; (k) application of toxic chemicals, plant protection means and nutrients; and (l) industrial harvesting of edible and non-edible non-timber products.
