The scope of constituting protected area - state nature biological reserve of regional significance “Buzinsky” shall be protection and reproduction of game, conservation and reproduction of rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species, and also protection of habitats thereof. The reserve shall perform the following tasks: (a) conservation of game; (b) creation of a reproductive complex (nursery) in order to restore the population and resettlement of Siberian stag; (c) conservation of biological diversity and natural complexes as natural habitats of wild fauna and wild flora species; (d) monitoring of wildlife and scientific research; and (e) ecological education of the population. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of state nature biological reserve: (a) hunting, except for regulation of the number of game; (b) clear and selective cutting of forest species for the purpose of timber extraction, except for cutting by local residents for individual personal needs; (c) burning of forest vegetation; (d) capture, collection or removal of rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species; (e) blasting operations; (f) littering with household, construction, industrial and other waste and garbage; (g) location of cattle cemeteries, storage and disposal of industrial and domestic waste; (h) storage and application of toxic chemicals, radioactive and other hazardous substances; (i) movement and parking of snowmobiles and quadricycles; and (j) destruction or damaging of barriers, boards and other information displays and indication signs.
