These Rules aim at strengthening and standardizing the administration of registration of domestic consignee of imported solid waste that can be used as raw materials. The Measures consist of 46 Articles. The Rules provides for the procedures and requirements to be satisfied for registration acceptance, examination, approval, supervision and management of domestic consignee of imported solid waste that can be used as raw materials.
